"We enlisted the services of Ray Sale and his team at Haven Renovations to undertake a major renovation creating a large 5 bedroom home out of what was a 90sqm 2 bedroom house.  After what could only be described as a nightmare experience with another building company on our previous house the process of selecting a builder for what was going to be our dream house was not taken lightly.  

After the initial meeting with Ray we were impressed with not only his professionalism in relation to his quote but also his ability to read into what this house was going to mean for our family of 6.  His attention to detail and 'nothing was a drama' approach meant we could carry on with our lives and know that he had our best interests and final vision in mind.   

Ray always made himself readily available and openly communicated throughout the whole process alleviating any stress or unexpected issues.  During the process the whole team from Haven Renovations were professional and also understanding to the fact we were living in the house throughout the renovation and with 4 children had to maintain some kind of normal routines.
